It is our policy that full bookkeeping records are maintained on a daily basis for each trust and company managed by Sarnia Management Corporation Limited. In line with the recommendations of the Guernsey Financial Services Commission we also ensure that financial statements are prepared for each entity on a regular basis.
We have two fully qualified accountants in house who can prepare and review the financial statements for each entity as required. Should the client prefer to have the preparation of the financial statements outsourced to their own or independent advisors, we can arrange this. We would then provide a detailed trial balance and supporting documents to the accountant appointed.
We can also prepare income and expenditure statements for submission to the local tax office.
